Terms for using Mentora.

Mentora ("Mentora", "we", "us", or "our") provides an educational support tool for students and parents. By using Mentora, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Mentora provides practice, diagnostic reports, learning recommendations, and progress visibility. Mentora does not guarantee exam results, grades, admissions outcomes, school performance, or any specific academic result.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your account secure, and using the correct account type. Students should use student accounts. Parents or guardians should use parent accounts and only connect to student accounts where they have permission to support that student's learning.

Parent access requires a valid link to a student account. A linked parent may see student reports and progress information made available by Mentora. Links should not be created, shared, or used without permission from the relevant student or family.

You must not misuse Mentora, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, copy or scrape content at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, submit harmful content, or use Mentora in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Mentora reports and recommendations are guidance based on available learning evidence. They may be incomplete, delayed, or updated as more attempts are recorded. Students and parents should use Mentora as one part of a broader learning process.

Student learning access is billed through Stripe unless Mentora grants an explicit waiver. Checkout may show the current price, promotion code options, renewal terms, and applicable payment details. Account access may be paused or changed if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or a waiver is removed.

We may update, suspend, improve, or discontinue parts of Mentora as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that Mentora will always be available or error-free.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using Mentora, you also agree to the handling of data described in the Privacy Policy.
