Eunoia Junior College: start with the subject combination.

Does Eunoia offer a workable combination for your child’s interests and future study questions?

Use the college’s subject list as a starting point, then read the combination rules. Availability, selection and the course your child is posted to can affect the final study plan.

Read the combination rules before assuming availability

The college lists Arts, Science and Hybrid combinations. Students posted to Arts may propose Arts or Hybrid combinations; those posted to Science may propose Science or Hybrid combinations. Unlisted proposals need approval.

Some subjects require a college selection test or audition. The college may not run a subject or combination if subscription is insufficient. Read the current subject-combination page for the exact conditions.

Who might this suit? — Mentora guidance

This may be worth exploring if your child can name an appealing combination and is willing to check the conditions for each subject. A hybrid interest is a reason to investigate the listed combinations, not an assurance that every mix is possible.

If your child is interested in computing, compare the actual subjects with an applied computing diploma. Ask what they want to spend time doing: mathematical reasoning, broader academic subjects, programming or data projects. Avoid treating those interests as interchangeable.

Questions to take to the college

Bring one preferred combination and one alternative. Ask which subject prerequisites or selection tasks apply to your child, when allocation happens and what alternatives exist if a first choice is unavailable.

  • Check future university subject prerequisites directly with the university.
  • Try the journey to Sin Ming Place at school travel time.
  • Ask how consultations, CCA commitments and independent study fit into an ordinary week.
  • Read current admissions instructions before applying; this guide does not estimate posting chances.

Check the admission year

Admission year is the year of entry, not the year of the examination. These notes were verified on 2026-09-09.
